Are you a patient of Health Zone and need a prescription refill?                                                                                                                                       
We ask that you please contact your pharmacy to have them fax us a "refill request" to your Nurse Practitioner.

Please note that we do require 2 weeks notice for refills (to account for holidays, vacation and other possible delays).
