clinical support to a dynamic inter-professional health team.
A forward thinker, the NP Lead is the primary contact for clinical practice issues with staff, consultng physicians, community partners and other groups. As a clinical leader, he/she will provide clinical supervision and mentoring to clinical staff and advance the mission, vision and values of the clinic by supportng the development of innovatve and impactul programs and services.
As a primary health care provider, the NP Lead practices within the scope of the Primary Health Care NP role and according to The College of Nurses of Ontario standards of practice.
