Due to an increased number of phone calls to the clinic, Health Zone NPLC has needed to make changes to our phone system. In order to serve you better, we have moved to a phone queuing system.
When you call, you will be placed in a queue to wait for the next available member of our admin team. You will hear your position number in the queue, as well as hold music.
Once you are at the front of the queue, your call will be answered by one of our staff. If there is no one available to answer your call, you will be given the option to leave a message, which will be returned as soon as possible.
We are doing our best to make sure that wait times remain as short as possible. If you are unable to wait to speak to someone, you can book an appointment with your provider online, using the link below.
