To celebrate the week and our community, Health Zone NPLC would like to invite you (including non-Health Zone patients) and those living in LMCH Alan Rush and Southdale Complex housing units to attend:
Fall Community Fair – Monday October 17th from 10:00– 1:00PM (Southdale Complex Basketball Courts across from 977 Southdale Rd E.)
Community Walk and Talk - Wednesday Oct 19th 10:00 – 12:00PM (meet at Health Zone and walk with our social worker and community health promoter to Gibbons Park)
