Health Zone is involved with multiple collaborations with community partners and programs offered in our community, in an effort to enhance our ability to serve our clients more efficiently.

Health Zone has also been involved with the care of newcomers to our area. Our Registered Dietitian is involved with the Cross Cultural Learners Center (CCLC), further supporting newcomers, through offering educational sessions on how to pack healthy school lunches, breastfeeding and formula feeding.

Health Zone collaborates with The Neighborhood Resource Association of Westminster Park (NRAWP) who is a community based volunteer organization made up of Westminster Park residents. Recently, Health Zone professionals collaborated with NRAWP to offer girls ages 11-15, a program which offered the opportunity to learn and understand holistic health. Our Registered Dietitian has also been promoting healthy eating and physical activity to a group of children 7-12 years of age for the program “Young Chefs”, as a part of the Healthy Kids Community Challenge for the Westminster Youth Group.
